The Granary
This building is named for what it is, a Granary. Originally built around 1820, it was painstakenly renovated in 1992. The Granary sits above the Jackson River and has panoramic views of the valley north & south, the mountains east and west and the river below. It is two stories. Two bedrooms one with queen bed and the other with 1 set of twin beds, one bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, a cozy sleeping nook (double bed) and the laundry facilities are on the first floor. Upstairs is a large living room with wood stove, DirecTV and the master bedroom (queen bed) and bathroom. The Granary has two heat pumps, AC, charcoal grill, and two porches.

White Oak Cottage
White Oak Cottage, fully renovated in 2008, is a charming 1-story cottage surrounded by big oak trees and located a short walk from our barnyard. The cottage features a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. There are two additional bedrooms (one queen and one with twin beds) that share a bathroom. White Oak has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a fireplace. There is a washer, dryer, DirecTV. Telephone, ceiling fans, charcoal grill and a very large covered front porch.

River House
River House is a beautiful two-story log cabin that sits directly above the Jackson River . It has easy river access and unsurpassed mountain views. It has a fabulous living room with a cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace and a pullout queen sized couch. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, a full kitchen, sitting room, dining room and 1.5 baths. It also has a laundry facility, DirecTV, telephone, A/C, charcoal grill and an outstanding wrap-around porch for catching a pastel mountain sunset.

Car Barn Cottage
The Car Barn Cottage is a delightful cottage overlooking the field where our animals graze with the majestic Allegheny mountains as a backdrop. It has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen size beds, 2 baths and a kitchen and dining area. The living room has a magnificent bay window to take in the lovely views. It has a telephone, DirecTV, A/C, charcoal grill, a wonderful front porch and easy access to the swimming pool, tennis court and barnyard.

Jackson Cottage
Originally built around 1900, this fully renovated cottage sits in solitude a short walk from the Jackson River. Although the cottage is not “on” the river, there is a hidden overlook where you can sit and enjoy the river below; an enchanting location any time of the day or early evening. A quick walk down the hill directly behind the cottage will take you to the “old picnic ground” where you can swim or fish with only an occasional fisherman wandering through. Jackson Cottage has a living room with a gas log fireplace, large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with twin beds) and one large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. There is a washer/dryer, DirecTV, telephone, A/C, charcoal grill, 2 covered porches, a large flat yard and an unspoiled panoramic view.

Rates do not include a 5% Sales Tax or a 2% Lodging Tax.

Daily Fly-Fishing Rate for Non-Guests: $50 per person, per day, or any portion of the day, all year long. We will allow non-guests to fly-fish on certain days so as not to interfere with the fishing experience of our guests.

Dog Fee: Dogs are allowed in The Granary and The River House only. There is a nonrefundable fee of $60 per dog, per visit with a 2 dog limit.

Horse Stall Fee: There is a $25 per day charge for a horse stall which includes mucking and bedding.
